TUESDAY, MAY 21st
SYNOPSIS
For the better part of the last decade, education has been acknowledged as an integral element to the success of a bartender, or bar team, to secure relevance and longevity in the trade. However, given the plethora of options available to pursue and engage in, there is no clear path that illuminates the "right way" to go about this. This seminar will offer a bird's eye view of various resources that operators and managers can reference to create internal training and education programs, while integrating external resources that are a fit for their programs and their teams.
